  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

b. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may require additional time.

c. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional orders.

d. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

e. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or not delivered, please contact us.
  • Quadra4 is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed automotive parts
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Services once completed

4. Return Process

  3. Provide images/videos (if product is damaged/defective)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Subject to product availability

7. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
