This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
- A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
b. After Dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request approved after inspection
- Failed or duplicate payment transactions
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer
4. Return-Based Refunds
- Refunds for returned products will be initiated only after the product is received and inspected
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- Product returned in used or damaged condition

- Return request raised after the allowed time period
- Services already completed
