This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
  • A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

b. After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request approved after inspection
  • Failed or duplicate payment transactions

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer

4. Return-Based Refunds

  • Refunds for returned products will be initiated only after the product is received and inspected
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product returned in used or damaged condition
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Return request raised after the allowed time period
  • Services already completed

6. Late or Delayed Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
    • Check your bank account
    • Contact your payment provider
