- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
e. Delivery Issues

2. Returns Policy

- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging with invoice

- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Services once completed

- Replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Subject to product availability
7. Shipping Charges for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
